Introducing New MW60 Wireless Headphones In Navy Inspired By Chuck Close

We’re excited to introduce a new colorway inspired by artist Chuck Close and his large-scale mosaic self-portrait at the recently unveiled Second Avenue subway in NYC. The new MW60 Wireless Over-Ear Headphones, in navy leather with anodized silver metal, reflect Close’s brilliant navy blue eyes and the background in his mosaic tile self-portrait.

Opened January 1, 2017, the Second Avenue subway, planned for almost a century, features public art including twelve large-scale portraits by Chuck Close at the 86th Street entrances and mezzanine concourse. The subjects include New York-based cultural figures such as the late musician Lou Reid, composer Philip Glass, painter Kara Walker and more, as well as two of Close himself, all taken from Close’s photo-based portrait paintings.

We’re thrilled to celebrate Chuck Close, NYC, and the new Second Avenue Subway with the MW60 Wireless Over-Ear Headphones in silver metal/navy leather. The new headphones can be purchased online here.
